Certificates
Read the lab report before you order.
We send compounds to an independent lab. It checks that the compound is what the label says and measures purity. When a report comes back, the certificate goes on the product page, so you can read the results before you order.

How it works
From sample to certificate

- 01
Sample sent
We send a sample to an independent lab, with the compound named on the submission form.
- 02
Tested
The lab confirms the compound and measures purity by HPLC.
- 03
Numbered report
The lab issues a report with its own number, which you can check with the lab yourself.

Common questions
Common questions
What does "Research Use Only" mean?
It means the product is sold for laboratory research and nothing else. Nothing we sell is a drug, food, supplement or cosmetic. None of it is FDA approved, and none of it is for human or veterinary use.
Can I see the certificate of analysis before I order?
Where one is posted, yes. Certificates are on the product page and in the certificate archive, no account needed. If a compound does not show one yet, ask us where its report stands.
How are compounds tested?
We send a sample to an independent lab. They confirm it is the right compound and measure how pure it is by HPLC. The certificate states the lab, the method and the result.
What is a certificate of analysis?
The lab report for a tested sample. The two numbers that matter are the HPLC purity, which is the share of the sample that is the compound, and the identity result, which confirms the compound is the one on the label.
What is bacteriostatic water?
Sterile water with 0.9 percent benzyl alcohol as a preservative, so a vial can be opened more than once. It is what you mix freeze-dried peptide with. We sell it in 30 mL vials.
What does lyophilized mean?
Freeze-dried. The peptide is frozen and the water is pulled out under vacuum, leaving a dry powder. Powder keeps for a long time at minus 20 C. Once mixed with water it does not.
How should I store it?
Freeze-dried powder goes in the freezer at minus 20 C, out of the light. Once mixed, keep it in the fridge at 2 to 8 C and use it within the window in the stability guide. Each product page lists its own storage line.
Do you publish safety data sheets?
We add each sheet next to the certificate when the supplier sends it. If a sheet is not on file yet, we say so. We do not substitute a generic one.
What is the difference between HPLC and mass spectrometry?
HPLC tells you how pure the sample is. Mass spectrometry tells you what the compound is. A good certificate answers both questions, because a purity number on its own does not say what is in the vial. Our lab confirms identity by HPLC retention time against a reference standard.
How is my order packaged?
Plain box, no branding, no product names on the outside. Vials ship sealed in a padded insert, with a packing slip listing everything in the box.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Labs, institutions and resellers ordering ten or more vials of a compound can request a quote by quantity, invoiced on confirmation. The material is the same, and posted certificates are on each product page. Only the price per vial changes.
Who can buy?
Researchers and institutions, 21 or over. Placing an order confirms you meet that description and will handle the material under applicable law and good laboratory practice.
