Common questions
Who can apply?
Anyone 21 or older in the United States who writes or makes videos about lab methods, testing, sourcing or peptide chemistry. A small, focused audience is fine.
When is commission paid?
It is earned when the order is delivered. SBz pays once a month when your balance is $50 or more. Under $50 it rolls to the next month.
How are sales tracked?
By your code. A buyer who opens your link has the code saved on that device for 30 days, and anyone can type it at checkout. The code on the order is what counts.
Do kits earn commission?
No. Kits are fixed price. They take no code discount and earn no commission. Single vials do.
Does the code work with a sale?
Yes. The code stacks with a site sale: the 10% comes off the sale price. It does not combine with another code.
Can I use my own code?
No. Orders you place yourself never earn commission, with your code or anyone else's.

Applying means you agree to these and to the rules above.
- Buyer discount
- 10% off single vials. Kits stay at their kit price. One code per order. It stacks with a site sale (10% off the sale price) but not with another code.
- Commission
- 10% of what the buyer paid for single vials, after the discount. Kits, shipping, tax and refunds never earn.
- When it is earned
- When the order is delivered. A cancelled order earns nothing, and a refund after that comes off your next payout.
- Payment
- Paid by SBz Industries once a month by Zelle or Venmo, when your cleared balance is $50 or more. Smaller balances roll to the next month.
- Kits
- Fixed price. No code discount and no commission.
- Worked example
- A buyer uses your code on two single vials at $40 each and one kit. Shipping is $15 and tax is $6. The vials come to $80, the code takes 10% off them ($8), so the buyer pays $72 for the vials. The kit stays at its fixed price. Your commission is 10% of $72, which is $7.20. The kit, the $15 shipping and the $6 tax earn nothing. If one vial is refunded, the commission drops to $3.60.
- Disclosure
- At the start of every caption or right next to the link, and said out loud in every video: "Paid partner: I earn a commission if you buy with my code or link. SBz products are for laboratory research use only, not for human or animal use." Website links carry rel="sponsored".
- Post review
- SBz may review any post that uses your code or link. If a post breaks a rule, we will ask you to edit or remove it, and you agree to do so within 48 hours.
- Tracking
- Sales are tracked by your code only. A link saves the code on the buyer's device for 30 days. One code per order, and the code on the order is the one that counts. Orders without your code earn nothing, even if the buyer saw your post.
- Tracking limits
- Tracking can fail: a buyer clears their browser, switches devices, blocks storage or types another code. We are not responsible for sales that were not tracked. Our records decide what was earned.
- Missing commission
- If you think an order with your code is missing, email partners@sbzindustries.com with the date within 60 days of the order. Claims after 60 days are not reviewed.
- Clawbacks
- A refund, cancellation or chargeback after commission was paid comes off your next payout.
- Your own orders
- Orders by you, your household or accounts you control never earn, with any code. We check addresses, phone numbers and networks, and hold matches for review.
- Fraud
- Fake orders, fake accounts, spam, cookie stuffing or paying people to use the code ends the partnership and forfeits unpaid commission.
- Taxes
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of SBz. You handle your own taxes. A completed W-9 is required before your first payout. We send tax forms when federal rules require.
- No guarantee
- We do not promise any amount of sales or earnings. Most partners earn little or nothing in their first months.
- Monitoring
- SBz may review your posts at any time and require edits or takedowns. Not acting within 48 hours ends the partnership.
- Confidentiality
- Keep private anything we share that is not public: sales figures, unreleased products or prices, and anything in your partner emails.
- Privacy
- We never tell you who bought. You see order counts and totals only. We use your details to run the program and pay you, as described in our privacy policy.
- Responsibility
- You are responsible for what you post. You agree to cover SBz for claims, fines and costs caused by your posts or by breaking these terms.
- Liability limit
- To the extent the law allows, SBz is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability to you is capped at the commission paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.
- Our name
- Use the SBz name and the links in your kit only. No SBz logos, no new domains or social accounts with our name in them, and do not speak for SBz or pose as staff or a customer.
- Audience
- Partners and their audience must be 21 or older and in the United States. Do not aim posts at anyone younger.
- Changes
- We may change these terms or the rates with 30 days notice by email. Commission already earned is paid under the terms it was earned on.
- Ending it
- Either side can end it at any time. Commission that cleared before then is paid, even under the minimum, unless the posts involved broke the rules.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in San Bernardino County, California.
