Where we ship, how fast, and what shows up at your door. Last updated 24 September 2026.
- Where
- The fifty United States and the District of Columbia. No territories and no international shipping at present.
- Ship time
- In-stock items ship within one to two business days after payment clears. Orders placed after 2 pm Pacific count from the next business day.
- Carrier and speed
- Two-day shipping, $15 flat. The carrier is shown at checkout.
- Tracking
- Posted to your order page when the label is made, which can be a day before the box moves. No movement for a day is normal. No movement for five business days is not, so tell us.
- Packaging
- Plain box, no branding, no product names on the outside. Vials ship sealed in a padded insert at room temperature, with a packing slip listing everything in the box.

Temperature in transit
Boxes are not refrigerated. Sealed freeze-dried powder handles normal shipping temperatures. When it arrives, check the stopper and the glass, not how warm the box is.
ReadWhen it arrives
Photograph the box before you open it. Check every seal. Let the vials reach room temperature before opening any. Check each vial against the packing slip.
ReadIf something is wrong
Damaged, missing or the wrong item: tell us within seven days with the order number and photos. Lost boxes are replaced once the carrier confirms the loss.
ReadLost boxes
Legally, the box is yours once the carrier picks it up. We replace boxes the carrier loses anyway, once the carrier confirms it or after fifteen business days with no delivery scan. If tracking says delivered and you do not have it, tell us and the carrier the same day.
Wrong address
An order shipped to the address you typed counts as delivered, so check it at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us right away with the order number. We can fix a label that has not been made yet. We cannot fix one that has.
In the box
What you get
A plain brown box with nothing printed on the outside. Inside, a black foam insert holds each vial upright, and a packing slip lists every vial by compound and size.
Check each vial label against the packing slip. If anything does not match what you ordered, do not open the vial. Contact us with the order number.
