The ranking
Which research peptides were discussed most in October 2026?
Tirzepatide led the month with 2,119 mentions, ahead of Semaglutide (944) and Retatrutide (886). The table counts how many posts and comments named each compound at least once, from October 1 to 30.
The change column compares October 12 to 23 with October 1 to 11, per day, using only days the monitor has fully read. Steady means within 15% either way.

Ranks 11 to 20
Which compounds came next?
The second ten are compounds with a steady following. Small counts move more from week to week, so treat a big swing here with care.

Movers
Which compounds were rising or falling?
Rising fastest in the second half of the month: Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin (up 240%), MT-2 (up 129%), Kisspeptin-10 (up 99%), NAD+ (up 88%), Ipamorelin (up 78%).
Falling fastest: Sermorelin (down 52%), Eloralintide (down 49%), TB-500 (down 46%), SS-31 (down 46%), BPC-157 (down 38%).
A short burst usually follows one busy thread, a new product name, or news about a seller. One month is not a trend on its own.
- Under 20 mentions: noise
- One busy thread can double a count
- Compare at least two months
Method
How was this counted?
The SBz Reddit monitor reads every new post and comment in ten public Reddit communities about research peptides and GLP-1 compounds, through a public Reddit archive. For October 2026 it read 93,794 posts and comments.
Each post or comment counts once per compound it names, however many times it repeats the name. Common misspellings are folded into the right name. Subreddit names and seller product codes are left out.
The archive runs a few days behind live Reddit for the busiest communities, so the last few days of a month fill in over the following week. This page updates every day.

Questions
Common questions
Can I cite this data?
Yes. Please name the SBz Research Peptide Index and link to this page.
How often does it update?
Every day as the monitor reads new posts. A new month starts a new edition.
Does a high rank mean a compound is better?
No. It only counts how often a compound is named in public discussion.
