The short answer
What is KLOW peptide?
KLOW is a blend, not a single peptide. One vial holds four peptides: GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157 and KPV. We carry it as a freeze-dried powder in an 80mg vial, sold one at a time or as a kit of ten.
Search results use a few names for it: KLOW, KLOW peptide, KLOW blend and KLOW 80mg. They all point to the same four-part mix. Some sellers use the name for different blends, so read the component list before anything else.
Because it is a blend, there is no single sequence or formula for the whole vial. Each part has its own. That is why the label and the certificate matter more here than with a one-compound vial.
- GHK-Cu: a three amino acid peptide bound to copper
- TB-500: a synthetic peptide tied to thymosin beta-4
- BPC-157: a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide
- KPV: the three amino acid tail of alpha-MSH
Other names
How is KLOW related to GLOW?
GLOW is the same blend without KPV. It holds GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157. KLOW adds the fourth part, KPV.
If you saw both names in a search, check the component list on the page you are on. A seller who lists KLOW with only three parts is selling something else under the name.
Our side-by-side is on the GLOW vs KLOW page, and the full background is in the KLOW guide.

What you get
What comes in each vial?
Each vial holds 80mg of freeze-dried powder. Freeze-dried means the water was pulled out under cold and low pressure, so the powder keeps on the shelf longer than a liquid would.
The vial ships sealed with a crimped cap. A cap that turns freely or a seal that looks lifted is a reason to contact the seller before you open it.
In a blend, the label mass is the weight of the whole powder. It is not the weight of each peptide. Our net peptide content page explains why the two numbers differ.
We do not state how the 80mg splits between the four parts. If a page does give a split, ask where the number came from.

Check first
What should you check before you order?
Start with the component list. It should name all four peptides. A blend that hides its parts behind a brand name is hard to test and hard to repeat.
Next, look at the certificate. Look for the lab name, the test date and what the lab measured. Not every compound has a posted report, so check the product page before you order.
Last, look at who the seller is. You want a real address and a real way to reach them. Our certificates are on the certificate page.

- 01
Components
All four peptides named on the page and the label.
- 02
Certificate
Lab name, test date and what was measured.
- 03
Seller
A US address and a real way to reach them.
Single or kit
Should you get one vial or a kit?
A single vial suits a lab running a first test or checking a method. You open one vial, run the work, and see what you need next.
A kit is ten vials of the same size. Labs running a longer series often take a kit so every run starts from the same material.
The vials are the same either way. The only difference is how many arrive in the box. If you are not sure, start with one vial and add a kit later.

Single vs kit
- One 80mg vial
- Good for a first test
- Ten 80mg vials
- Same size for a longer series
Storage
How should sealed vials be kept?
Keep sealed vials in a freezer at minus 20 degrees Celsius, out of the light. This is the storage listed for the product.
Label each vial with the date it arrived so the lab knows its age.
For more on handling, see the KLOW product page.
