Origin and target
Where each one comes from, and what it binds
AHK-Cu
Origin. The tripeptide alanyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, supplied as its copper(II) complex.
Target. A copper-coordinating tripeptide, structurally analogous to GHK with alanine in place of glycine.
Full referenceGHK-Cu
Origin. The tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, first isolated from human plasma, supplied as its copper(II) complex.
Target. Characterised by its high affinity for copper(II), which it coordinates through the histidine imidazole and the terminal amine.

Handling
The same for both
Both ship as freeze-dried powder, both mix with bacteriostatic water the same way, and both are stored at minus 20 C out of the light until then. What differs is which breakdown route each sequence is prone to, and the stability guide shows how to read that from the amino acids.
Documentation
Both tested, both certificates published
Whichever you order, the latest lab certificate is on its product page.
