Kisspeptin-10 vs KPV
Two signalling peptides compounds, compared by what each molecule is: class, length, mass, origin and what it binds, side by side. Nothing here compares what either one does.

Origin and target
Where each one comes from, and what it binds
Kisspeptin-10
Origin. A 10-residue C-terminal fragment of the kisspeptin precursor encoded by the KISS1 gene.
Target. The KISS1 receptor, a G protein-coupled receptor formerly designated GPR54.
Full referenceKPV
Origin. The C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, lysine-proline-valine.
Target. Corresponds to the terminal fragment of the parent hormone sequence.

Handling
The same for both
Both ship as freeze-dried powder, both mix with bacteriostatic water the same way, and both are stored at minus 20 C out of the light until then. What differs is which breakdown route each sequence is prone to, and the stability guide shows how to read that from the amino acids.
