Sermorelin
Does the short piece work like the full signal? A 1991 study in rat pituitary cells compared the full natural signal with its 29-amino-acid piece, the rat version of what sermorelin copies [3].
How long does it last? A 1992 study put the 29-amino-acid piece into rat blood serum and liver in a test tube and timed how fast it broke down. In serum, half of it was gone in about 18 minutes [4]. That short life is the problem CJC-1295 was later built to solve.
